On February 26, the announcement of the suspension of the general contracting (EPC) for the design and construction of the tea-light complementary photovoltaic power generation project in Liyu Village, Bailian Town, Hengdong County, Hunan Province was made. The announcement shows that due to the existence of doubts and complaints about the project, according to relevant regulations, the bidding activities of the project are now suspended.

It is worth noting that on February 11, the project had just announced the winning candidate .

Among them, the first successful candidate is Hengyang Binyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (Xiangzi Group (Guizhou) Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.), with a 25967 of 221616 yuan . The average unit price is about 3.25 yuan/W . Details are as follows:

According to the previous tender announcement, the owner of the project is Hunan Development Xiaochu New Energy Co., Ltd. with a 26168 of 0.34 million yuan . Located in Bailian Town, Hengdong County, Hengyang City, Hunan Province, the

project is constructed in the development mode of centralized ground photovoltaic power station , with a DC side capacity of 103. 47428 MWp . The AC side capacity is 80MW , and a new 110KV booster station and a 20.1 km outgoing line are connected to Xintang (Wenchang) Substation in Hengdong County.
