Xiangshan Cement Rory Branch Plant's Independent Overhaul to Tackle Problems and Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency in Off-season

Recently, Xiangshan Cement Rory Branch has coordinated the key work of production organization, equipment operation and maintenance, safety management and control, precisely planned and carefully deployed, and carried out a four-day and three-night off-season centralized special overhaul of the whole production line. This overhaul adheres to the working principle of "independent maintenance and strict control of outsourcing", gathers the technical backbone of the branch and the first-line maintenance personnel to tackle the key problems, relies on the internal maintenance force to complete all maintenance operations independently, and effectively reduces the expenditure of outsourcing construction, technical services, labor travel and other expenses on the premise of strictly abiding by safety regulations and strictly controlling the quality of maintenance. According to the long-term operation loss and hidden danger account of 1 # and 2 # mill production lines,

the branch plant compiles standardized maintenance plan and sub-task list in advance, sets up three professional operation teams of process, machinery and electricity, and implements dozens of maintenance tasks such as plate feeder and belt conveyor one by one. In view of the detailed maintenance content of single equipment, clear operation time limit, compaction of post responsible person, complete spare parts and materials, and clear key points of safety management and control, the management mode of "one equipment, one plan, one process and one responsible person" is implemented to promote the closed-loop management and control of the whole process of maintenance tasks and the orderly construction of the site. In the whole process of

maintenance, all operators work day and night in shifts and continuously, strictly implement the safety management regulations for high-risk operations such as limited space, high altitude and hot work, and simultaneously carry out all-round maintenance operations such as hidden danger investigation, spare parts replacement, precision calibration, circuit maintenance and equipment lubrication. After four days and three nights of continuous efforts, the off-season maintenance tasks were carried out on schedule, the whole line of equipment successfully completed the acceptance of no-load and on-load test, the unit operation was stable and good, all hidden dangers of stock equipment were rectified and cleared, and the operation stability and comprehensive efficiency of production line equipment were greatly improved synchronously.
