On June 23, the Fujian Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology announced that the cement clinker production lines used by five enterprises in the province for capacity replacement had been shut down, the main equipment had been dismantled, and the conditions for resumption of production were not met.
1. Fujian Shunchang Stone Refining Cement Co., Ltd. has shut down a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons for capacity replacement (the announcement plan of October 15, 2025). Its main equipment, a Ф4.0 × 60m rotary kiln, has been dismantled;
2. Fujian Yongan Jinyinhu Cement Co., Ltd. has shut down a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons for capacity replacement (announcement plan on October 15, 2025), and its main equipment, a Ф4.0 × 60m rotary kiln, has been dismantled;
3. Fujian Yongan Wannian Cement Co., Ltd. has shut down a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons for capacity replacement (announcement plan of October 30 and 31, 2025). Its main equipment, a Ф4.0 × 60m rotary kiln, has been dismantled;
4. Fujian Chunchi Group Xinfeng Cement Co., Ltd. has shut down a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons for capacity replacement (announcement plan on December 9, 2025), and its main equipment, a Ф4.0 × 60m rotary kiln, has been dismantled;
5. China Resources Cement (Zhangping) Co., Ltd. has shut down a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons for capacity replacement (announcement plan on December 15, 2025), and its main equipment, a Ф4.0 × 60m rotary kiln, has been dismantled.
