On October 16, Hebei Huadian Baoding Tangxian 90 MW Centralized Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued.
According to the announcement, the project is located in Tangxian County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It is planned to build a photovoltaic power station with a DC side capacity of 107.64 MW and an AC side rated capacity of 90 MW . In addition, a 220kV booster station will be built for the project.
The project is planned to be started on November 15, 2026, the first PV unit will be connected to the grid on May 15, 2027, and all PV units will be connected to the grid on June 15, 2027, with a total construction period of 212 calendar days. (The total construction period remains unchanged, and the specific commencement order of the Supervisor shall prevail.)
The project is divided into one bid section. The bidding scope includes but is not limited to the survey and design of the project, construction preparation, photovoltaic field engineering, 220kV booster station engineering, 220kV transmission line engineering, electrical installation and commissioning engineering construction, in addition to photovoltaic modules , inverters , Procurement and transportation of all equipment and materials outside the main transformer, box transformer and GIS, access procedures for outgoing projects, and approval of the land volume of the booster station. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project. In case of consortium bidding, the number of members of the consortium shall not exceed 2. The time for
obtaining the bidding documents is from 20:50 on October 16, 2026 to 17:00 on October 23, 2026. Bid
closing/opening time is 09:00 , November 9, 2026.
