Bidding for 50 MW PV Project in Yunnan!

On October 20, Fengqing County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province, issued a competitive consultation announcement on the first batch of centralized photovoltaic power generation project investors in 2026.

The content shows that there are two centralized photovoltaic power generation projects in Fengqing County included in the Development and Construction Plan of the First Batch of New Energy Projects in Yunnan Province in 2026, namely, Wende Photovoltaic Power Generation Project . The installed capacity is 50,000 kilowatts and the estimated total investment is 208 million yuan; the installed capacity of Yingpan Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is 40,000 kilowatts and the estimated total investment is 128 million yuan. This tender is for Wende Photovoltaic Power Generation Project . The project construction funds shall be raised by the applicant. The commencement and completion time of the

above projects shall be in strict accordance with the relevant provisions: the project shall be commenced within 2 months after the completion of the filing; the project with an installed capacity of 100,000 kilowatts or less shall have the conditions for putting into operation within 6 months after the commencement of the project, and the project with an installed capacity of 100,000 kilowatts or more shall have the conditions for putting into operation within 8 months after the commencement of the project; the longest period of full capacity grid connection shall not exceed 1 year. In addition to the investment and financing ability, construction management ability, operation and maintenance ability to complete the project, the applicant

for this consultation also needs to have a good business reputation. Since 2023, there has been no major illegal record in business activities, no list of joint punishment enterprises for dishonesty, and no illegal acts such as reselling indicators.

It is worth noting that the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding or management relationship, and shall not participate in the bidding of the same bid section. Consortium bidding is allowed for
