Yatai Group (600881) announced on October 22 that the company and its subsidiaries had failed to fulfill part of their debt repayment obligations on time, and that the company and its subsidiaries had added 105 million yuan of overdue debts, accounting for 16.98% of the net assets of the parent company audited in the latest period.

Up to now, the company and its subsidiaries have accumulated 7.054 billion yuan in overdue debt principal and interest, accounting for 1139.66% of the company's latest audited net assets attributable to the parent company.
