TCC Liaoning Plant recently held a mobilization meeting for resumption of work and production and a 2026 annual working meeting to scientifically draw a blueprint for annual development. In the morning, the focus was on "stable resumption of work, safety and efficiency", and in the afternoon, the focus was on "seeking the overall situation, setting goals and grasping the implementation". The two meetings had distinct themes and detailed contents. All the leading groups, middle-level managers, key employees and staff representatives of the company attended the meeting, with a pragmatic style of cohesion and development, and with a progressive attitude to start a new journey.
General Manager Kong Jianping gave a lecture on the first lesson of enterprise safety for resumption of work and production. He emphasized that all the staff should work with the spirit of "sprinting at the beginning and fighting a decisive battle at the beginning"; all departments should consolidate their responsibilities, coordinate efficiently, seize the time, catch up with the progress and improve the efficiency to ensure a "good start" in the first quarter and lay a solid foundation for the completion of the annual target.
Kong Jianping fully affirmed the achievements of the company's reform and development in the past year, deeply analyzed the current industry situation and challenges faced by the company's development, and emphasized that the company should base itself on its position and take responsibility, overcome difficulties and forge ahead with more firm determination, more pragmatic style and more powerful measures, and jointly promote the work to a new level.
Talking about the scientific deployment of the work in 2026, Kong Jianping stressed that 2026 is the beginning of the implementation of the "15th Five-Year Plan", the key year for capacity optimization and green transformation of the cement industry, and the key year for the company to concentrate on improving quality and efficiency and accelerating transformation and upgrading. Combining with the work deployment of the group headquarters and closely following the development trend of the industry, Liaoning Factory will focus on four aspects in 2026:
First, concentrate on lean operation, optimize the production process, strengthen cost control, and lay a solid foundation for enterprise profitability;
The second is to focus on market breakthrough, cultivate regional market, optimize product structure, strengthen customer service and stabilize market share;
the third is to focus on innovation and transformation, focus on green, low-carbon and intelligent transformation, increase investment in technological innovation, and fulfill the responsibility of "city purifier, good helper of the government";
