the Canadian side said that cement is the basic raw material for industrial construction, and the project will effectively enhance Canada's independent production capacity, increase the added value of local resources, and provide positive support for improving the industrial base and promoting economic transformation. At the same time, the project will also bring new development opportunities to the surrounding towns of the capital and even the whole country, promote the rapid development of building materials industry, and provide more development opportunities for local enterprises and young people. the project plans to build a clinker production line with a daily output of 3500 tons and a cement grinding system with an annual output of 1 million tons. It is planned to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2028, providing more than 200 jobs and more than 2000 indirect jobs for the local people.
