Recently, seven people, including Zhang Yang, Director of Atmospheric Department of Liaoning Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, Li Dan, Director of Atmospheric Department of Dalian Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and Xiao Liang, Deputy Director of Ecological Environment Branch of Changxing Island Economic Zone, went to Dalian Tianrui Cement to carry out a special investigation on ultra-low emission transformation. Gao Yunhong, general manager of the company, Niu Xiaosuo, deputy general manager, and relevant business leaders accompanied the investigation and made work reports.
The research team listened carefully to the special reports of enterprises on production and operation, investment in environmental protection and the progress of ultra-low emission transformation projects, and understood in detail the production equipment, environmental protection management system construction, the effectiveness of completed treatment projects and the follow-up transformation work plan. Up to now, the company has completed 60 ultra-low emission transformation tasks, with an investment of more than 90 million yuan. Focus on the implementation of three kilns high temperature and high dust SCR flue gas denitrification system construction, kiln tail dust collector upgrade and expansion, coal mill dust collector transformation, on-line monitoring equipment upgrade, DCS system upgrade, environmental protection management and control platform construction, off-road mobile machinery oil to electricity, ultra-low emission pre-assessment and other key projects, to ensure the safety and stability of the system. By the end of 2026, the installation of environmental quality monitoring micro-station and high-definition video monitoring will be completed; by the end of June 2027, in combination with the off-peak production in winter, the unorganized management will be fully implemented according to the pre-assessment unorganized rectification list of ultra-low emission, and the construction of access control and supporting video monitoring will be completed to ensure that all ultra-low emission transformation tasks will be completed on schedule and with high standards.
The research team affirmed the phased results of the company's ultra-low emission transformation in the early stage, and combined with the requirements of relevant standards for ultra-low emission in the cement industry, put forward guiding opinions on unorganized emission control, construction of monitoring facilities, operation and maintenance management of governance facilities, hoping that enterprises will further consolidate the main responsibility of ecological environment protection and keep a close eye on it. Make up for the shortcomings of governance, coordinate the transformation of the whole chain of organized, unorganized and clean transportation, continuously improve the level of environmental governance, and realize the coordinated development of economic and environmental benefits of enterprises.
