Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Organizing Normal Peak Staggering Production of Cement in 2026-2027".
The time schedule
for peak staggering production in the heating season is from November 15, 2026 to March 15 , 2027. In the non-heating season, the cement industry in the whole province is encouraged to independently carry out peak staggering production through self-discipline. Where the state has other provisions, such provisions shall prevail.
The implementation scope covers
all clinker production lines of cement clinker enterprises in the province (including special cement clinker production lines, excluding chemical supporting clinker production lines).
