Recently, the website of the People's Government of Liuzhi Special Zone, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province released the "First Information Announcement of Environmental Impact Assessment of the 5100t/d Clinker New Dry Process Cement Production Line (Expansion) Project of Guizhou Liupanshui Cement Co., Ltd.".
The announcement shows that the project is implemented by Guizhou Liukuang Ruian Cement Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Conch Cement . It is planned to supplement the production capacity of the company's 2 # clinker production line: the original clinker production capacity is 4500t/d, which will be increased to 5100t/d.
According to the previous announcement of Guizhou Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology, the replacement capacity used in the project comes from a 2500t/d clinker production line of Miaoling Building Material Branch of Guizhou Crystal Organic Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd.
The 900t/d capacity index is used for this expansion project, and the remaining 1600t/d index is used to supplement a 2000t/d clinker production line of Qianxinan Development Resources Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Conch Cement.
According to public information, Guizhou Crystal Organic Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. has listed and transferred 750000 tons of cement clinker production capacity indicators, with a base price of 42.21 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of about 56.28 yuan per ton. Judging from the public information of this capacity replacement, this batch of capacity indicators has been won by Conch Cement.
