Recently, Anhui Conch Group deeply implemented the national "double carbon" goal, and built the industry's first all-green demonstration plant in Baimashan Cement Plant in Wuhu, which integrates "photovoltaic power generation, electrochemical energy storage, smart micro-grid, new energy vehicle charging piles". Through technological integration innovation and mode exploration, the project realizes self-use of green energy, storage of surplus electricity and intelligent regulation, and sets up a replicable and popularizable model for the green transformation of traditional industries. resources and tapping the new potential of multi-energy complementarity. On the basis of making full use of the waste heat of cement kiln to generate electricity, the three-dimensional photovoltaic layout of "to the air, to the facade and to the water" is innovatively expanded, and the energy storage system is integrated to form a multi-energy complementary pattern. The project breaks through the traditional limitations, makes efficient use of multiple scenes such as the top of the corridor in the factory area, the facade of the cement warehouse, the floating in the water area and the arc roof, and increases the utilization rate of the space in the factory area by 40%, thus forming the Atlas of Photovoltaic Application Scenarios in Cement Plants, which provides a reusable solution for the integration and development of resources in the same type of industrial plants. Intelligent collaboration of the
system to build a new paradigm of energy regulation. Deploy intelligent energy management system, build "photovoltaic + energy storage + microgrid" collaborative operation system, innovate and implement "valley charging and peak discharging" intelligent control strategy, and realize accurate perception and collaborative control of all factors of source, network, load and storage. The system can dynamically adapt to the power load characteristics of production and operation in different periods of time, effectively smooth the fluctuation of new energy output, greatly improve the self-utilization rate of green power, and has the primary function of accessing virtual power plants, laying a technical foundation for participating in the demand response of the power market. Diversified release of

benefits and exploration of new path of green transformation. After the project is put into operation, 18.2 million kWh of green electricity will be provided annually. According to this calculation, about 5489 tons of standard coal can be saved annually, about 15000 tons of carbon dioxide can be reduced, and the environmental benefits are equivalent to planting more than 800000 trees. The supporting construction of new energy vehicle charging piles has effectively promoted the green transformation of logistics transportation in the factory area and promoted the popularization and application of new energy transport vehicles. The world's first carbon dioxide capture device for cement kiln flue gas has been built, relying on the new dry production line with a daily output of 5000 tons, to capture and purify carbon dioxide from cement kiln flue gas, and to explore the conversion and utilization of carbon dioxide in intelligent agriculture, dry ice production and food preservation. Through green electricity instead of purchased electricity, energy storage peak-valley arbitrage, energy management and other diversified income channels, the project yield reaches 8%, which explores an energy optimization path that takes into account both environmental value and economic feasibility for the green low-carbon transformation of high energy-consuming cement plants and similar process industries, and realizes the win-win situation of ecological and economic benefits.
