It is understood that the project is located in Lanqi Town, Longhua County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the procurement of equipment and materials for the entire project in the photovoltaic field (excluding photovoltaic modules and collector lines), engineering construction, installation, cooperative testing, inspection and testing, system commissioning, etc. In terms of

construction period, the project is scheduled to start on April 25, 2026, complete equipment installation on November 15, 2026, achieve full capacity grid connection on December 15, 2026, and complete on April 30, 2027. In terms of

performance, this tender requires the bidder to have at least two completed projects with a single project capacity of not less than 50 MWp from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing). Consortium bidding is not allowed

in this tender . The
