Xinzhou Shanshui Environmental Protection Technology Materials Co., Ltd. (A wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanxi Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd.) will build a 4500t/d clinker production line with a replacement ratio of 1:1.

On July 10, the Shanxi Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Cancellation of the Capacity Replacement Scheme of Shanxi Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd.".

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), upon the application of the enterprise, the relevant Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology shall examine and verify it. The announcement on the production capacity of Shanxi Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd. issued on August 25, 2021 will be revoked.

It is understood that on August 25, 2021, the Shanxi Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued an announcement on the production capacity of Shanxi Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd. Withdraw the 2500t/d clinker production capacity of Hequ Zhongtianlong Cement Co., Ltd. (A subsidiary of Shanxi Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd.) located in Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. As well as the 2000t/d clinker production capacity of Taiyuan Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd. (A subsidiary of Shanxi Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd.) located in Yangqu County, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province.

Xinzhou Shanshui Environmental Protection Technology Materials Co., Ltd. (A wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanxi Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd.) will build a 4500t/d clinker production line with a replacement ratio of 1:1.

According to the statistics of China Cement Network, five clinker production lines have been announced to be no longer constructed this year, with a total capacity of 8.215 million tons (calculated by 310 days of annual production line days) , as shown in the following table:

Acceleration of 4500t/d clinker production line of Shanshui Cement

The project plans to build a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons, a cement grinding station with an annual output of 2 million tons and a supporting 10 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in October 2023, with an output value of 700 million yuan and a profit and tax of 150 million yuan.
