BBMG Group proposes to elect Duan Zhihui as a non-executive Director.

BBMG Group (HK2009) (the 02009) announced that, after consideration by the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of the Company, the Board of Directors nominated and elected Mr. Duan Zhihui as a non-executive Director at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 10 July 2026. Pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Company, the election of Mr. Duan Zhihui as a non-executive Director is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting to be held by the Company.
