On July 20, Hebei Huadian Jinzhou 150MW Centralized Photovoltaic Project (Phase I 100MW) EPC general contracting bidding project winning candidates were announced.
According to the announcement, a total of 2 enterprises were shortlisted. Among them, Anhui Electric Power Construction Second Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group ranked the first successful candidate with a 21274 of 0.55 million yuan and a unit price of 2.127 yuan/W .
According to the previous tender announcement, the tenderer of the project is Huadian Fuxin Shijiazhuang New Energy Development Co., Ltd .
The project is located in Jinzhou City, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, with a planned total installed capacity of 100MW . A new 110kV booster station will be built. In this phase, a 100MVA main transformer will be built in the booster station. The outgoing line is 24 kilometers and connected to Runze 220kV substation. The scope of project
bidding includes preliminary formalities and compliance handling, equipment and material procurement and logistics management, engineering construction and installation, grid-related and grid-connected work, acceptance and delivery, etc. The total construction period of the
project was originally planned to be 9 months .
