On March 27, China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement for photovoltaic framework procurement in 2026-2027.
The tender announcement shows that the frame includes photovoltaic modules , inverters , photovoltaic brackets and photovoltaic cables. Photovoltaic modules are purchased with two specifications of N-type TOPCon and BC . The term of the Framework Agreement is from the date of signing the agreement to December 31, 2027.
This framework requires bidders to have good financial status and business reputation. Performance requirements are as follows:
N-type TOPCon PV module package: the supplier must provide 2023 1 The supply performance of N-type TOPCon monocrystalline silicon PV modules is not less than 2000MWp from January to now .
BC monocrystalline silicon module package: the supplier must provide the supply performance of monocrystalline silicon PV modules from January 2023 to the present , which is not less than 200MWp .
Inverter, PV bracket and PV cable package : the supplier shall provide at least 2 copies of supply performance in the construction project since January 2024 (the contract and invoice shall be provided, and the time shall be subject to the date of signing the contract). Individual performance is not less than 5 million .
This tender does not accept the participation of the consortium, photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic brackets, photovoltaic cable packages do not accept the participation of agents. The inverter package accepts the participation of the agent. For the same brand and the same package, the manufacturer can only authorize the sole agent to bid; the manufacturer and the authorized agent shall not bid at the same time.
