The Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on March 14, The construction of the 200 MW photovoltaic project in Stung Treng Province, Cambodia, contracted by the Southwest Electric Power Design Institute of China Nengjian Power Engineering, has officially started .
It is understood that the project is located in the northeastern province of Cambodia, with a DC side capacity of about 228 MW, an AC side capacity of 200 MW, and a new 230 kV booster station. The launch and construction of the

project will fully rely on Cambodia's abundant solar energy resources to help the local cope with climate change and optimize the energy structure by providing zero-carbon clean electricity. After the completion of the
project, it will become the largest centralized photovoltaic power station in Stung Treng Province of Cambodia.
