Com was informed that on March 20, the invitation announcement for EPC general contracting of 100MWp distributed photovoltaic project in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province was issued, and the tenderer was Fujian Xingchu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The proposed industrial and commercial installed capacity of the
project is about 80 MW, the maximum price of industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic is 2.55 yuan/W (including high voltage), and the proposed installed capacity of the farm is about 20 MW. The maximum price of distributed photovoltaic in farms (new greenhouses) is 2.87 yuan/W (including high voltage). 100MW in total . The general contracting scope of this
project includes but is not limited to the project survey, construction drawing design, roof bearing capacity load test and evaluation, county report and reinforcement, equipment system and material procurement (including photovoltaic modules , street lamps, charging piles, all related equipment and materials and related systems). The total construction period of this
project is 500 calendar days . Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . In case of consortium bidding, the number of all members of the consortium shall not exceed 2, including the design party and the construction party. The members of the consortium may undertake one or more tasks, which shall be clearly stipulated in the consortium agreement. The
bidding documents will be obtained from 9:00 on March 20 , 2026 to 17:00 on March 27, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 on April 9, 2026.
