The approval document shows that Jinchang Ecological Environment Bureau agrees with the nature, scale, location of the construction project listed in the environmental impact report form of the project and the environmental protection measures to be taken.

It is understood that the planned capacity of the photovoltaic power station is 50 MW, with a total of 16 square arrays. Located in Xipo Photovoltaic Industrial Park, Jinchuan District, Jinchang City, Gansu Province, it is constructed by Zhonghuan (Jinchang) New Energy Development Co., Ltd . The total investment is 19668 0.33 million yuan .

Previously, on December 28, 2025, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. won the bid for EPC general contracting of the project with a bid price of 184.5 million yuan .
