On March 24, the Energy Bureau of Guangdong Province announced the list of areas with difficulties in absorbing distributed photovoltaic network and the early warning level of low-voltage distribution network in the first quarter of 2026.
In order to guide the rational layout and orderly construction of distributed photovoltaic and promote the coordinated development of source and network, after organizational evaluation, the list of areas with difficulties in absorbing distributed photovoltaic network in the first quarter of 2026 and the early warning level of low-voltage distribution network connection in our province are announced. 224 towns (streets) in 26 counties (cities and districts) of 7 cities, including Shaoguan, Heyuan, Meizhou, Huizhou, Zhanjiang, Maoming and Qingyuan, are difficult to absorb the network, and the warning level of low-voltage distribution network is "limited".
1. List
of areas with difficulties in network connection and consumption The restricted areas mainly involve 224 towns (streets) in 26 counties (cities and districts) of 7 cities, including Shaoguan, Heyuan, Meizhou, Huizhou, Zhanjiang, Maoming and Qingyuan. In accordance with the Notice of the General Department of the State Energy Administration on the Issuance of the Pilot Work on the Assessment of the Carrying Capacity and Improvement Measures of Distributed Photovoltaic Access to the Grid (Guoneng Zongtong Xinneng [2023] 74), the early warning level
of low-voltage distribution network access has been assessed. The early warning level of low-voltage distribution network connection in the above difficult areas is "limited", and the early warning level of low-voltage distribution network connection in other areas is "good" or "general". The specific accessible capacity of low-voltage distribution network can be inquired from the power grid enterprise (local power supply business hall).
