Board of Directors is still composed of four directors. The chairman of the committee is changed from Chen Wenjian to Zhao Dianlong, and the members are Wen Limin, Tu Haiming and Fang Xiaobing. Chen Wenjian no longer holds the position of the committee. The composition of
other committees and the appointment of the chairman of the committee shall remain unchanged.
