Letter on Public Solicitation of Opinions on the Implementation Plan for the Construction of Eco-environmental Credit Supervision System (Draft for Opinions)

In order to implement the reform task plan of the Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, our Ministry has organized and drafted the Implementation Plan for Constructing the Credit Supervision System of Ecological Environment (Draft for Opinions), which is now open for comments. The draft for soliciting opinions and the compilation instructions can be searched and consulted in the column of "Soliciting Opinions" on the website of our Ministry (http://www.mee.gov.cn/).

All organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and individuals can put forward their opinions and suggestions. Relevant comments should be fed back to our department in writing, and electronic materials should be sent to the contact mailbox at the same time. The deadline for consultation is August 15, 2026.
