Answer: In terms of positioning, the Plan has changed from emphasizing the green development of industry itself to paying more attention to the supporting role of industry in the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, emphasizing the overall promotion and integrated development of industrial greening and green industrialization. In terms of orientation, the Plan clearly points out that green low-carbon development is an important way to create and enhance value, promotes the unification of ideas, synchronous action and active transformation of industry enterprises, focuses on fostering and developing green productivity, and speeds up the development of new energy equipment, new energy vehicles, new energy storage, hydrogen energy, energy-saving and environmental protection. During the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period, actively and steadily promoting and realizing the carbon peak in the industrial field is the primary task to promote the green and low-carbon development of industry. Under the circumstances that great progress has been made in industrial restructuring and green transformation, it is necessary to give more prominence to the supporting role of energy structure optimization in industrial green low-carbon transformation. The Plan deploys related tasks such as promoting the coordinated transformation of industrial structure and energy consumption structure, accelerating electrification transformation and green energy application, and promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction in key industrial sectors. The
first is to enhance the green value creation ability of the industry. By promoting the green transformation of traditional industries, consolidating and upgrading the green superior industries, fostering and strengthening the green momentum of emerging industries, activating the endogenous power of green development, and promoting the green upgrading of the industrial system.
