The Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on April 8, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Lanzhou City, Gansu Province , issued a public announcement on the acceptance of EIA documents for Longyuan Yongdeng 100000 kW photovoltaic project (change).
The project is a centralized mountain photovoltaic power generation project with a total installed capacity of 100MW . It is located in Hongcheng Town, Yongdeng County, Lanzhou, Gansu Province. It is constructed by Yongdeng Longyuan New Energy Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 387 million yuan .
It should be noted that according to the field survey, the project has been completed and put into operation . The project started construction in January 2025 and was completed in June 2025, which is a major change and re-approval project .
Specifically, the project changes involve the implementation area of the project, the number of battery components , collector lines, maintenance roads, the volume of the accident oil pool, the area of the photovoltaic area and the total investment of the project. The main changes of the
project and the reasons for the changes are as follows:
The number of battery modules is to install double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon solar modules with 177464 block power of 620 Wp. The adjustment is to install the 175056 block , and the rest remains unchanged. According to the announcement, the reason for this adjustment is that the layout of photovoltaic blocks has changed, and the spacing and array have been adjusted. The total investment of the
project was adjusted from 0.21 million yuan of 30127 to 387 million yuan , an increase of 85.7279 million yuan.
