The above two transfer subjects are state-owned holding enterprises, which belong to Chuxiong State-owned Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd.

Industry and commerce data show that Mouding Jiantong Commodity Concrete Co., Ltd. was established in August 2018 with a registered capital of 25 million yuan, mainly engaged in the production and sale of cement products, cement products testing services and general cargo road transport business.
