This joint grinding system project is another important capacity expansion and technological transformation project implemented by Marvini Company after the second phase clinker production line was put into operation. After the project is put into operation, it not only greatly improves the cement grinding efficiency, reduces the unit power consumption, and effectively matches the clinker production capacity release, but also further improves the cement strength stability and construction adaptability, which can better meet the diversified needs of civil buildings, prefabricated components, mixing stations and major infrastructure projects, and provide a solid guarantee for building materials production capacity for Tanzania's economic and social development.

Marvini Company is the first project of Huaxin Building Materials Group in Africa. In 2019, the equity acquisition was completed and the operation was taken over, and the production line that had been shut down for many years was resumed through technological transformation, and the cement products were officially launched in 2021. In January 2024, the second phase of the new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons and the supporting 15 MW biomass power station were ignited and put into operation, providing more than 1000 local jobs and becoming the largest cement and clinker production enterprise in Tanzania.
