The original 4000t clinker new dry process cement production line of Hezhang County Cement Plant Co., Ltd. is integrated. The total scale of the project is 5000t/d clinker new dry process cement production line.

Previously, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province issued a capacity replacement plan. Longli Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. transferred 1500t/d production capacity to Hezhang County Cement Plant Co., Ltd. to supplement 4000t/d production capacity to 5000t/d, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
