China building materials, conch and other 51 enterprises clinker line demolition list! Involving more than 430 million tons of production capacity

In recent years, with the full implementation of capacity replacement work in various regions, a large number of cement clinker production lines included in the scope of capacity replacement have been shut down and dismantled, formally withdrawing from the market.

According to the incomplete statistics of China Cement Network, since this year, at least 16 provinces, 51 enterprises and 56 cement clinker production lines have been dismantled, involving production capacity ranging from 1000t/d to 5000t/d, with a total annual capacity of about 43 million tons (calculated by 300 days).

From the perspective of capacity scale, the medium and low-specification production lines of 2500t/d and below are the absolute main body of this round of demolition, accounting for more than 70%. The withdrawal of each

production line is the result of the optimal allocation of the market under the guidance of the capacity replacement policy. For enterprises, this is not only a self-slimming to eliminate inefficient production capacity and reduce overall production capacity, but also an opportunity to integrate resources and optimize regional market layout. For the industry, this round of demolition tide has accelerated the clearance of backward production capacity in the short term, and promoted the transformation of the industry from "disorderly expansion" to "rationalization of layout and high efficiency of production capacity". Those clinker production lines that have witnessed the rapid growth of the industry will also become a historical memory in the process of transformation and upgrading of the industry after demolition.
