On August 14, the joint commissioning of the production line with an annual output of 5 million tons of sand and gravel aggregates in Guanba Town, Chongqing (Wansheng) of Shaanxi-Chongqing Building Materials Company was successful, marking that the project formally entered the sprint stage of production.
The linkage test lasted for 4 hours, covering the whole process of crushing, screening, sand making and conveying. The equipment of each system ran smoothly, and the technical parameters met the design requirements. During the commissioning period, the company carried out a comprehensive inspection and detailed commissioning of the equipment operation status, process connection, electrical control and safety interlocking in strict accordance with the linkage commissioning plan. Technicians stick to their posts and cooperate closely to investigate and eliminate all kinds of problems in the trial operation in time, thus ensuring the safe, orderly and efficient progress of the trial operation.
