On August 19, Huaxin Building Materials (600801. SH) announced that Huaxin Group, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, intends to increase its A-share holdings by centralized bidding through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system within 12 months from the date of the announcement, with the total amount of the increase not less than 340 million yuan and not more than 680 million yuan.

This increase does not touch the tender offer and will not lead to changes in the controlling shareholders and actual controllers of the company. Huaxin Group currently holds 17.07% of the company's shares.
