Recently, Saudi YAMAMA Cement Company officially issued a PTO certificate to Sinoma Overseas, marking the success of the world's first 10,000-ton line relocation and upgrading project undertaken by Sinoma Overseas. This certificate is not only the owner's high recognition of the project quality, construction efficiency and technical strength, but also a hard-core answer from Sinoma's overseas benchmarking customers in the Saudi market and industry.
Saudi Arabia's YAMAMA project has made "three first" breakthroughs: the world's first 10000-ton cement production line has been relocated and upgraded, Saudi YAMAMA Group has cooperated with Chinese engineering contractors for the first time, and the Saudi market has applied China's SINOMA core mainframe equipment on a large scale for the first time. It provides a new solution for the revitalization of old production capacity and green upgrading of the industry. During the construction of the project, CNBM Group Chairman Zhou Yuxian, Sinoma International Chairman Yin Zhisong and other leaders personally went to the site for investigation and guidance, and the care and support of the superior leaders injected strong impetus into the promotion of the project; at the same time, the project team worked closely with the brother units of the group, such as CNBM Equipment Group and Handan Sinoma, to ensure the efficient and orderly implementation of the project. Before the signing of the
project, in order to dispel the owner's concerns, the project team deeply cultivated technology, accurately broke the situation, sorted out and summarized more than ten sets of special implementation plans, relying on the operation and maintenance data of similar mature projects in China and a complete set of equipment testing reports, responded to more than 20 technical questions raised by the owner one by one, and won the trust of the owner with solid technical accumulation and professional ability. There are unprecedented challenges in the process of project implementation, and there is no ready-made experience to draw lessons from. Relying on years of industry accumulation, the company has formulated a scientific and rigorous coding system and demolition and renovation plan to achieve precise management of traceability coding throughout the life cycle and implement digital enabling projects. In order to maximize the value of assets, the project team has overcome numerous technical problems, creatively and innovatively repaired the serious wear and tear of equipment, and achieved remarkable results. The project only took 9 months to complete the demolition, 10 months to complete the renovation and transshipment of the new plant, and a series of important milestones were achieved ahead of schedule, which won high recognition from customers.
