Western Construction: Appoint Xiang Weiping as the General Manager of the Company

Western Construction announced on the evening of April 28 that it had applied to Mr. Weiping to resign as deputy general manager of the company due to job transfer. After his resignation, Mr. Xiang Weiping will continue to hold other positions in the Company. Upon review by the Nomination Committee of

the Board, the Board agreed to appoint Mr. Xiang Weiping as the general manager of the Company. Upon review by the Nomination Committee of the Board, the Board agreed to nominate Mr. Xiang Weiping as a candidate for non-independent director of the eighth session of the Board of the Company, with the term of office commencing from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting of the Company and ending on the expiry date of the eighth session of the Board.
