A Cement Enterprise in Yunnan Was Ordered to Stop Production and Business by Administrative Punishment

Recently, the Emergency Management Bureau of Fuyuan County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province issued the Administrative Penalty Decision [Fu] Emergency Penalty [2026] No.2, giving administrative penalties to Fuyuan County Hongfa Cement Co., Ltd. The mining status

of Fuyuan Hongfa Cement Co., Ltd. is inconsistent with the design of safety facilities, which violates the first paragraph of Article 34 of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China. According to the third item of the first paragraph of Article 98, the enterprise is ordered to suspend production and business, and a fine of RMB 102000 is imposed. Yang Shanjie, the principal person in charge of the enterprise, was fined RMB 21000.
