On August 21, the EPC general contracting project of 40 MW onshore fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power station in Zhangpu Saltworks of Zhangfa New Energy was announced.
According to the announcement, a total of four bidders submitted bidding documents after the opening of the tender project. Among them, the bidding documents provided by Zhejiang Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group and Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group did not meet the relevant requirements in the tender documents and failed to pass the qualification examination. The remaining valid bidders were only two. This tender failed because it was not enough to meet the statutory requirement of at least three valid bidders for public bidding.
It is understood that the tenderer of this project is Zhangpu Branch of Fujian Zhangfa New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., which is planned to be built in Zhangpu Saltworks, Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, with a planned construction capacity of 40 MW. The electric energy generated by the photovoltaic power station is planned to be boosted to 220kV through the 220kV main transformer and then connected to the grid through the line. The general contracting of design, procurement and construction of this
bidding project is a turnkey project, and the scope of bidding includes all the contents of survey, design, procurement and construction of various systems and supporting projects of this project. Including but not limited to EPC general contracting engineering survey, design, equipment and material procurement, pile foundation, construction and installation, construction site leveling, standardization of safety facilities, material inspection and test, commissioning, trial operation, engineering defect elimination, etc. The original plan of the
project is to complete full-capacity grid-connected power generation within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
