However, the total amount of creditor's rights confirmed by the People's Court is 180035595.91 yuan, even if the administrator recovers all the accounts receivable 1037174 yuan, the total assets of Etuoke Banner Hengzhuo Cement Co., Ltd. are still insufficient to pay off all the debts, and there is no condition for reorganization and reconciliation in this case, so the court applied for a ruling to declare the bankruptcy of Etuoke Banner Hengzhuo Cement Co., Ltd.

The court found that the main assets of Etuoke Banner Hengzhuo Cement Co., Ltd. are land use rights, buildings, structures, machinery and equipment, electronic equipment, inventory materials, biological assets, other intangible assets, etc., and the value of assets is RMB 40748078 yuan; In addition, under the name of Etuoke Banner Hengzhuo Cement Co., Ltd., there are accounts receivable 1037174 RMB yuan, and the total assets are 41785252 RMB yuan. The legal representative is Jiang Lanqin, the registered capital is 100 million yuan, and the enterprise type is limited liability company (sole proprietorship of legal person invested or controlled by natural person). Shareholder Etuoke Banner Xinyu Coal Carbonization Co., Ltd. holds 100% of the shares.
