On August 26, China Resources New Energy issued an announcement on the appointment of deputy general manager .

The announcement shows that according to the company's development and management needs, the board of directors of the company agreed to appoint Mr. Xu Yufei as deputy general manager of the company for three years from the approval of the board of directors.

Xu Yufei , aged 39, a Chinese national with no overseas permanent residence, is currently the deputy general manager of China Resources Renewable Energy Holdings Limited.

Xu Yufei joined China Resources Power in 2010, and successively served as the Legal Affairs Commissioner of the Internal Audit Department of China Resources Power Wind Energy (Shantou) Co., Ltd., the Legal Affairs Commissioner of the Strategic Planning Department of China Resources New Energy Holding Co., Ltd., and the Risk Control Assistant of the Comprehensive Department of China Resources Power New Energy Business Department. Legal Affairs Support Assistant Lawyer, Legal Affairs Support Lawyer, Professional Senior Manager, Professional Director, Deputy General Manager and other positions in the Legal Compliance Department of China Resources Power.

Xu Yufei holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Law School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

According to the company's official website, China Resources New Energy has a management team: Zuo Xuequn, director and general manager; Liu Qianying, deputy general manager, chief financial officer and secretary of the board of directors; and Zhou Bo, deputy general manager.

By the end of 2025, the new energy business of China Resources has spread over 31 provinces in China, with a grid-connected installed capacity of 41.59 million kilowatts, including 13.96 million kilowatts of solar power .
