To upgrade the energy level is to further promote the digital transformation, deepen the application of artificial intelligence in material research and development and production process, speed up the research of green low-carbon technologies such as hydrogen metallurgy, promote the renovation of old petrochemical plants, and comprehensively improve the level of intelligence, greening and safety of the industry.
Second, to strengthen the security of the resource industry, the core is to stabilize supply and increase quality. Stable supply is to actively promote the core technology of efficient mining, dressing and smelting of resources, strengthen the comprehensive utilization of low-grade, associated, refractory ores and solid wastes, and enhance the sustainability of resource security through "open source", "throttling" and "recycling". To increase the quality is to enhance the utilization value of superior resources, adhere to rational development and orderly utilization, extend the industrial chain, and make full use of the quality of high-end supply; deepen exchanges in the field of resources, and jointly maintain the stability of the global industrial chain and supply chain.
Third, to lead the innovation and development of advanced materials industry, the core is to focus on the frontier and solve the pain points. Focusing on the frontier is to seize the important opportunity for artificial intelligence to lead the transformation of scientific research paradigm, create a batch of "shelf" material products that can be used immediately, form a virtuous circle of "generation of materials, generation of equipment, generation of industries", and make advanced materials the most dynamic "growth pole" of raw material industry. To solve the pain point is to face the realistic needs of strategic fields, build an innovative model of enterprise-led and deep integration of industry, University and research, implement major national science and technology projects, accelerate innovation breakthroughs, implement the first batch of insurance compensation policies, and improve key platforms for new materials. The core purpose is to get through the "last mile" of the transformation of achievements, so that innovative achievements can move faster from the laboratory to the production line and people's homes.
