They are 2500t/d, 4500t/ d clinker line and 3 million tons grinding line related buildings (structures), machinery and equipment and other assets. The target is located in Shangli County, Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province, with a total transfer base price of 13595 million yuan. Data show that after the replacement of the company's clinker line, there will be no clinker production capacity. After the successful transfer of assets, Sinoma Pingxiang Cement will withdraw from the cement market and become history.
