Guangzhou Overview of the Project: The total land area of the project plot is about 35124 square meters, with a plot ratio of 4.80. It is estimated that the total construction area will be 251331 square meters and the total construction area will be about 168601 square meters. Building density ≤ 28%, green space ratio ≥ 35%, building height ≤ 100 meters, podium building 1 to 2 floors, residential tower 1 to 32 floors. Residential buildings are expected to be two modular buildings of Grade 3 # and Grade 4 , with a modular area of about 40915 square meters. 1 # and 5 # are Class A prefabricated buildings with an area of approximately 41297 square meters. 2 , 6 # to 8 # are basic level assembly buildings with an assembly area of about 77249 square meters. The green building construction target of the project is two-star, and the intelligent residential area of each residential building is two-star. The construction contents include residential buildings, basement garages, other commercial facilities, public facilities, etc., subject to the planning conditions approved by the government.
