project: The project site is located on the east side of the elevated Shiji East Road, Xuanwu District, Nanjing City, between the Beijing-Shanghai Railway and the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway, and to the west of Hongshan Road, with a total land area of about 31,200 square meters. In the preliminary design, the total building area of the houses to be built is controlled as 64,700 square meters, with one floor underground and six floors above ground, of which the above-ground building area is 51,200 square meters and the basement building area is 13,500 square meters. 240 parking spaces for motor vehicles. The project includes: building, structure, heating and ventilation, indoor and outdoor water supply and drainage, lighting, power, communication, information, as well as surrounding site layout, roads, fences and other related works within the planned red line. A new ramp bridge is built on the west side of the building to connect with the Century East Road viaduct, forming a "right-in and right-out" T-shaped intersection.
