Atlantic Lithium has released the final feasibility study report of Ewoyaa Lithium Mine Project in July 2023, demonstrating that Ewoyaa Lithium Mine has excellent commercial development value. The project obtained the mining lease in October 2023, obtained the permission of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in September 2024, and obtained the mine operation license in October 2024. In March 2026, the mining lease was formally approved by the Parliament of Ghana, which is the first lithium mining lease approved by the Parliament of Ghana.

The Ewoyaa Lithium Project is located in the Central Region of Ghana, about 100 km southwest of Accra (the capital) and about 110 km from Takoradi. According to the JORC standard, the total mineral resources are 36.8 million tons, with a lithium oxide grade of 1.24%, equivalent to 1.127 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE); of which, the proven resources are 3.7 million tons, with a lithium oxide grade of 1.37%, equivalent to 125,000 tons of LCE; Indicated resource is 26.1 million tons, lithium oxide grade is 1.24%, equivalent to 799,000 tons LCE; inferred resource is 7 million tons, lithium oxide grade is 1.15%, equivalent to 199,000 tons LCE.
