Project Overview: General layout planning of the plant area: the fixed end of the main plant faces east and expands to the west; Row A of the main plant faces north and goes out to the north; the booster station, the main plant and the coal yard are arranged in turn from north to south. According to the progress of the project, the public bidding for the main body construction B section of Dananhu Power Plant Phase II Project (2 × 660MW) of State Grid Energy Hami Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd.

Bidding scope: Bid Section B includes but is not limited to:
1. Construction and installation works of main transformer, auxiliary transformer and auxiliary equipment (including equipment body and all relevant equipment from train A to booster station area) of # 4 unit. Construction and installation of air cooling island and auxiliary equipment and facilities, air cooling power distribution room, oil storage tank, steam turbine room, deaerator room, coal bunker room (excluding the installation of No.7 belt and auxiliary equipment), boiler room, denitration system and catalyst, slag silo, electrostatic precipitator, electrostatic precipitator power distribution room and induced draft fan room. Profiled steel plate construction of # 4 main power house. Testing of high strength bolts within the scope of work. Individual unit commissioning, subsystem commissioning cooperation, complete set startup commissioning and trial operation cooperation, including but not limited to commissioned defect elimination of factory-supplied equipment or equipment defect elimination cooperation, performance test measuring point installation or installation cooperation, on-site inspection service cooperation of supervised equipment, quality supervision cooperation, etc. Responsible for entrusting the third party to carry out the supervision and inspection of the installation of special equipment of # 4 boiler.
2. Public system: (1) Construction and installation of 750kV outdoor GIS and relay building (including installation of outgoing tower and line). (2) Construction and installation of steam blowing pipeline, chemical cleaning pipeline, hydrostatic test system and auxiliary equipment system in this bid section. (3) Installation of electric hoist in the installation project area under its jurisdiction. (4) Construction and installation of limestone quarry, hazardous waste temporary storage room and fire station (expansion). (5) Construction and installation of transformer accident oil pool and turbine accident oil pit. (6) Construction and installation of steam supply system (including temperature and pressure reduction station and sub-cylinder) from the plant area to the industrial park. (7) Installation of electrical and thermal control equipment of # 4 unit in the electric control building and the centralized control building with four units and one control unit. (8) Construction and installation of fuel control building and coal pusher hangar. (9) Construction and installation of air compressor room, compressed air system, ash silo and ash conveying pipeline along the way. (10) All branch roads and outdoor works within the bid section. (11) Reconstruction of 6 kV line from coal handling to ash yard. (12) This bid section involves the installation of communication telephone, server, processor, internal and external network, switch and other equipment. (13) Lighting (socket, junction box, switch, cable conduit, cable, excluding lamps) equipment procurement, installation and personnel positioning system installation.
(14) Procurement and installation of cable tray in this bid section. (15) Standardized transformation of information room in Phase I. (16) Plant gate and supporting facilities. (17) Temporary multi-functional room (including training room, monitoring room, safety experience hall and information room). (18) Access road (from access road to temporary living area). (19) Phase I to Phase II startup and standby transformer access system, Phase I relay building transformation, Phase I DC, protection and other secondary equipment transformation. (20) Be responsible for the procurement and installation of all supports and hangers (except the supports and hangers of the four major pipelines and the air cooling island) and all embedded parts in this bid section. (21) Be responsible for the pipeline of the hydrogen system of # 4 unit, and the dividing point is at the interface between the header and the branch pipe. (22) Grounding grid construction and connection with the main grounding grid within the scope of this bid section.
3.Be responsible for the system integrity of # 4 unit.
Construction period: The construction period of the project is 20 + 2 months, until the 168-hour trial operation of 4 # unit is completed and all the contract contents are completed. The specific commencement time is subject to the notice of the tenderee.
