CSCEC Wins Bidding for 28.9 Billion Major Projects!

Recently, China Construction Co., Ltd. issued a major project announcement, which showed that the company recently won seven major projects, including housing construction and infrastructure, with a total amount of 28.88 billion yuan.

1. The China Construction Third Engineering Bureau in the field

of housing construction and the Northeast Institute of China Construction won the bid for the urban renewal project of Shatou Street Cultural Creative Park in Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The project amount is 4.26 billion yuan

, and the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau has won the bid for the general contracting of the first phase construction of the central business district in the comprehensive supporting area of the software and service outsourcing base of Tianjin High-tech Zone, the general contracting of the survey, design and construction of the ABCDE block project in Tangdong, Guangtang District, Zhigu, Guangzhou, Guangdong, and the B25 of China Mobile Hohhot Data Center in Inner Mongolia. B27 machine building EPC general contracting procurement project, with the project amount of 3.75 billion yuan, 2.81 billion yuan and 2.70 billion yuan

respectively, China Construction Eighth Bureau won the bid for the urban complex project (general contracting) of Qingdao Southern New District, Shandong Province, with the project amount of 2.12 billion yuan.

2. In the field

of infrastructure, China Construction Stock, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and China Construction Railway have won the bid and bundled the HXLNTZR-1 tender section of Laohekou-Nanzhang Expressway Project in Xiangyang Section of County-Xiangyang Expressway. The amount of the project is 11.10 billion yuan

, and the Fifth Bureau of China Construction has won the bid for the multi-energy complementary demonstration project of the integration of wind, solar and hydrogen storage in Chengde, Hebei Province, with the amount of 2.14 billion yuan.

According to the announcement, the total amount of the above projects is 28.88 billion yuan, accounting for 1.4% of the company's audited business income in 2025.
