Illegal facts: On January 21, 2026, the law enforcement officers of Zhanjiang Ecological Environment Bureau carried out on-site law enforcement inspection on the company's concrete mixing station project located at No.11, West Fifth Road, Shenchuan Avenue, Xiashan District, Zhanjiang City, and investigated and inquired Li Kanzhong, the director of the company's production department. At the time of on-site inspection, the company had a concrete production line in production, some scaffolding and other materials for rebuilding the raw material warehouse were stacked in the raw material yard, and excavators were used to rebuild the foundation of the raw material warehouse in the yard; The raw material yard is surrounded by walls, and sprinklers are spraying sand and other raw materials in the yard. However, only a small part of the gravel, sand and other raw materials piled in the open air in the yard are covered with felt cloth, and no effective measures are taken to prevent dust pollution.
After investigation, the company's raw material warehouse was destroyed by a strong typhoon in October 2025 and is currently in the reconstruction stage; from October 2025 to January 2026, Zhanjiang Ecological Environment Bureau received 42 complaints about the company's dust pollution.
