All construction contents of commercial and supporting houses, underground garage, etc.: mainly including but not limited to earthwork excavation and backfilling, foundation treatment, foundation, main structure, roof, building energy conservation, curtain wall doors and windows, water supply and drainage works, heating and ventilation works, electrical works, power supply and distribution, fire protection, elevators, etc. Including the assembly type and detailed design (the assembly rate shall be subject to the requirements of the actual plot), as well as the three-party subcontracting works (such as indoor fine decoration, outdoor landscape road drainage, building intellectualization (including three networks), water supply, gas and other professional subcontracting), which require the management and cooperation services of the general contractor.
