In 2026, Evergreen will focus on four aspects of work

Recently, in an exchange with investors, Evergreen said that in 2026, as the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan", the company will focus on the following tasks:

First, deepen the reform, solidify the reform achievements, promote the reform of the three systems and the management of the production department.

Second, seize the opportunity of capital construction in the province, promote the green and intelligent production capacity upgrading of the main cement industry, improve the layout of the industrial chain, and strengthen the circular economy business;

Thirdly, we should strengthen scientific innovation and digital empowerment, carry out technological transformation and scientific research, build a collaborative mechanism of industry, University and research, and improve the quality and efficiency of production and operation through digitalization;

Fourth, deepen lean operation, focus on energy conservation and carbon reduction, optimize financing procurement and logistics cost control, seize the opportunity of infrastructure market expansion to increase market share, increase the collection of accounts receivable, and build a strong line of defense against operational risks.
