Zhou Yuxian spoke highly of the strategic development achievements of Sinoma International during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period from the aspects of "tenacity, perseverance, transformation, innovation and leadership", and affirmed the spirit of struggle and outstanding achievements of leading groups, cadres and staff at all levels of Sinoma International. For the work in 2026, he put forward the following requirements: First, we should always adhere to the fundamental principle of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, regard the study, publicity and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the work of central enterprises as a major political task, do a solid job in the study of "the first topic", and do a good job in all aspects of enterprise reform and development from a political point of view. Second, actively promote the development of "intellectualization", drive the output of excellent digital intelligent products through system integration, drive the intelligent upgrading of the whole business, and build the digital service industry. Deeply understand the urgency of equipment business transformation, enhance the ability of core equipment to provide system solutions in professional fields, actively dock with the new material industry of the service group, and deepen the integration of "manufacturing + service". Third, actively promote "green" development, focus on overseas markets, integrate outstanding achievements in wind, light, storage and other fields inside and outside the group, launch comprehensive solutions of SINOMA, and establish a green and intelligent ecological system. In the development of new energy business, we should attach great importance to the business model of "investment, construction and withdrawal", adhere to the principle that "withdrawal is the premise of investment", and strictly guard against capital and cash flow risks. Fourthly, we should actively promote the development of "integration", do a good job in the integration of innovation and investment, transformation and upgrading, especially to build strong investment capacity, improve the closed-loop before, during and after investment, effectively transform effective investment behavior into practical quality and efficiency, and support the implementation of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" strategic plan. Yin Zhisong comprehensively reviewed the achievements of Sinoma International's "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic development from the aspects of "six key words", "five advanced" and "four challenges and opportunities", analyzed the current situation, and put forward the strategic development ideas for the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. For the work in 2026, he asked all cadres and staff to enhance their sense of urgency, responsibility and mission, constantly improve their ability to control complex situations and solve difficult problems, and make every effort to fight the "four major battles": First, lay a solid foundation, complete the year-round business tasks with high quality, and comprehensively promote a solid and steady start of the "15th Five-Year Plan"; The second is to enlarge the advantages, promote the "two ends + horizontal and vertical" extension of the main business, enhance internal synergy, and create a new batch of large profit centers in the territory; the third is to extend the resilience, and speed up the opening of the "second main business" around the operation and maintenance services, high-end equipment, mining, green energy and environmental protection and other fields; Fourth, innovation-driven, build a strong strategy-oriented scientific and technological innovation system, strengthen the transformation of R & D achievements and digital intelligence, and further enhance the ability of value management.
Cai Junheng made a summary of the meeting and put forward four requirements for the implementation of the spirit of the meeting: first, "enter the mind and heart" to grasp the implementation, do solid work, take responsibility for people, and fully complete the production and operation targets and strategic tasks in 2026; second, "dare to act" to make a good start, boost morale, mobilize well, and make a "good start" in the first quarter; Thirdly, we should keep the bottom line, coordinate the work of safety production and stability during the Spring Festival, and care for the life of grass-roots front-line workers; fourthly, we should build a solid foundation under the guidance of Party building, study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and provide a strong political guarantee for the company to answer the opening volume of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan".
At the meeting, the headquarters of the company, Nanjing Plate, Equipment Group, Chengdu Institute of Building Materials, Sinoma Construction, Sinoma Overseas and Sinoma Intelligence conducted work exchanges and special reports.

At the meeting, Yin Zhisong signed the 2026 business performance responsibility letter, safety production responsibility letter, energy saving and carbon reduction and ecological environmental protection responsibility letter on behalf of the company and the person in charge of the enterprise.
This meeting is also the fifth meeting of the second staff Congress of the company, and the delegates adopted the work report after careful deliberation.
