Recently, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province issued the Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme of the 2 Million Tons/Year Phosphogypsum Acid Production Project of Hubei Sanning Chemical Co., Ltd. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) (original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province has publicized the capacity replacement plan for the 2 million tons/year phosphogypsum acid production project of Hubei Sanning Chemical Co., Ltd., and there is no objection during the publicity period, which is hereby announced.
According to the announcement, the replacement capacity of the 2 million tons/year phosphogypsum acid production project of Hubei Sanning Chemical Co., Ltd. is 2500t/d, with a replacement ratio of 1:1. It is planned to start construction in December 2026 and ignite in June 2028. One 2500t/d new dry process cement clinker production line of Chongyang Changhua Industrial Co., Ltd. is used to replace the production capacity of this project, and it is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn in March 2028.
