On January 20, the Economic and Credit Department of Hubei Province issued the "Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the 2516-ton Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Huaxin Cement (Enshi) Co., Ltd.". From January 4 to January 15
, 2026, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry. The Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province has publicized the supplementary capacity replacement plan for the 2516 tons per day cement clinker production line project of Huaxin Cement (Enshi) Co., Ltd., and there is no objection during the publicity period, which is hereby announced. At the same time, the Announcement of Huaxin Cement (Enshi) Co., Ltd. 2500t/d Cement Clinker Production Line Project Reduction and Relocation Capacity Replacement Scheme (No.1, 2021) issued by the former Hubei Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology was revoked.
The replacement plan shows that a 1850 t/d clinker production line of Huaxin Cement (Enshi) has a supplementary capacity of 666 t/d and a supplementary capacity of 2515 t/d. Withdrawn production capacity comes from a 2500t/d clinker production line of Huaxin Jinlong Cement (Yun County) (of which 1000t/d is used for this project, and the remaining 1500t/d is used for Huaxin Cement Company), with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
It is understood that Huaxin Cement (Yunxian) Company originally planned to relocate a 2500t/d clinker production line , combined with this announcement, this project is no longer in progress. The original replacement scheme is as follows:
